First floor not enough to gather more people, hygiene, contactless ordering and payment method, 24 hours. Minus entertainment facilities (no tv).

Interesting interior designs, also provide self-order machine with a proper assistance from the staff. One thing for sure, it had a strategic location, and with the drive-thru facility it really helps when you're in need for a quick meal on your way to Jakarta

Taste of the food is good. We love every food they serve. But here, the playground is so small...

It's your typical McD branch : parking luas, AC dingin, pengunjung rame. It's my first encounter and ordering via self ordering machine. Dengan modal voucher potongan 50% dari shopee min pembelian 100K. Ujungnya salah pesan menu karena kurang persiapan, harusnya pesan menu yang 4 ayam 2 nasi 2 minum eh malah pesan yang 3 ayam 2 nasi doang, a rookie mistake! But we stick to the plan to maximize the voucher usage. Only to end up with our total order exceeded 100k while the voucher only discounted 50k, still worth it though. A few moments later we enjoyed our lunch, the kids are playing in the mini playground on the 2nd floor, the weather was gloomy outside. Everything seems ok, but my turns off here is that there's an illegal parking attendants outside the entrance waiting for you just to take your money and doing nothing for return. And you didn't do anything about that, McD?

McDonald’s Margonda is pretty much like any other McD you’ll find—standard menu, familiar taste, and the convenience of being open 24 hours, which is always a plus, especially for late-night visits. That said, I had a bit of an unpleasant experience during my visit. The waiting time for the food was way longer than expected. I chose the delivery-to-table option, but it wasn’t as fast as other McDonald’s outlets I’ve visited. After waiting for quite a while, I had to go to the counter myself, only to find out that my order still wasn’t ready. The staff mentioned there was an issue with the soft drinks being out, but there wasn’t much explanation beyond that. Another small issue I noticed was the kids’ sink, which wasn’t working properly at the time. It’s a minor thing, but it does affect comfort, especially for families with children. Overall, the place is still convenient and familiar, and being open 24 hours is a big advantage. Hopefully, the service speed and maintenance can be improved, because with better execution, this outlet could be just as good as other McDonald’s locations.
